TikTok Bet Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

For clarity throughout this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

To register and use TikTok Bet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Non-employees: You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of TikTok Bet or any of its affiliated companies.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and current.
• Single account: You do not have any other active account with TikTok Bet, nor any account that has previously been suspended.

All Members are required to register using accurate and complete information. The following account-related terms apply and must be observed:

3.1 Account Information. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and all account credentials secure and confidential at all times. TikTok Bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.

3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each individual is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using different phone numbers, different email addresses, or different names by the same person is a violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

3.3 Identity Verification. TikTok Bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport.

3.4 Account Usage. A TikTok Bet account is for the Member's personal use only. Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Currency. All transactions at TikTok Bet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign payment methods are accepted. We do not accept payments in any currency other than RM.

4.2 Deposit Methods. TikTok Bet accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). The minimum deposit is RM 20. TikTok Bet does not charge any deposit fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically processed automatically in under 30 seconds upon payment confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 2 hours on business days and no longer than 4 hours on weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Funds are credited to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.5 First Withdrawal. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification (KYC) before it is processed. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

4.6 Daily Withdrawal Limit. The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard members and higher for VIP members. For withdrawals exceeding this limit, please contact your account manager.

TikTok Bet offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

5.1 Rollover Requirements. All bonuses awarded by TikTok Bet carry a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as cash. The rollover requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period. Each bonus has a set validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the bonus type. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

5.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once by registering multiple accounts is a breach of our terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

5.4 Right to Decline Bonuses. TikTok Bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms. TikTok Bet's decision is final in such cases.

5.5 Rollover Calculation. Wagers on different games may count differently toward bonus rollover requirements. For example, slots count at 100%, table games such as baccarat and blackjack count at 20%–50%, and Sports Betting on football such as the Malaysia Super League counts at 100% provided the minimum odds of 1.50 are met.

6.1 Game Fairness. All games on TikTok Bet — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and live casino games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an accredited independent body. Every round's outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including TikTok Bet itself.

6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, TikTok Bet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Member. Any winnings resulting from an obvious system error will not be honoured.

6.3 Connection Interruption. TikTok Bet is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Member's end. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection while playing, particularly during live casino baccarat sessions and other real-time games.

6.4 Game Limits. TikTok Bet reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for each game. These limits may vary depending on the game, the Member's VIP tier, and the time of play.

7.1 Odds Confirmation. All Sports Betting odds on TikTok Bet are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Displayed odds are updated in real time but may change during the bet confirmation process, particularly for in-play betting on football and other sports.

7.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches. If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full to the Member's account. For parlays, the affected selection will be removed from the slip and the odds recalculated.

7.3 Match Results. Football and other sports match results used by TikTok Bet are based on official results from the relevant sporting bodies. This includes the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and all other international leagues. Any dispute regarding results must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being announced.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting on live matches carries additional risk related to latency — the delay between actual on-field events and the information received by the platform. TikTok Bet reserves the right to void any in-play bets that were clearly placed after the relevant event had already occurred.

TikTok Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe this form of entertainment should be enjoyable and should never become a burden to individuals or their families.

8.1 Self-Control Tools. TikTok Bet offers several self-control tools accessible through your account settings: daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, loss limits, temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who choose to self-exclude will not be permitted to re-register or open a new account during the specified period. TikTok Bet will also cease all marketing communications to Members who have opted for self-exclusion.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by Privacy Policy TikTok Bet, which forms part of these Terms. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

TikTok Bet uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TikTok Bet platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same individual for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other program to play or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

11.1 By Member. You may close your TikTok Bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method.

11.2 By TikTok Bet. TikTok Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. An investigation will be conducted and the Member will be informed of the outcome within 7 business days.

11.3 Balance Upon Closure. If an account is closed due to a proven terms violation, TikTok Bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash. In cases where an account is closed at the Member's request or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any cash balance will be returned.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TikTok Bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by Members in connection with their use of our platform.

TikTok Bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or delays. We will make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability, but cannot guarantee it.

Betting activities carry the risk of financial loss. TikTok Bet is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of betting decisions made voluntarily by the Member.

TikTok Bet reserves the right to modify, add, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website, unless a different effective date is specified.

For material and significant changes, TikTok Bet will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via email to Members or through in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
